No, you do not have to be an NHT contributor to use our platform. However, being an active contributor is a major advantage. A listing on Community Jamaica closes once all participation slots are filled, signaling the start of the processing phase. If a current member withdraws and a slot becomes available, we will send an email notification to everyone on the waiting list. Yes, there are administrative fees to cover platform management: Deposit Fee: A 5% fee is added when you make your initial deposit to reserve a slot. Withdrawal Fee: If you choose to voluntarily withdraw your funds before the project is finalized, a 5% withdrawal fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Time-Based: You request a refund before the "21-Day Group Period Review" begins. Market-Based: If the property is sold on the open market to a third party, your fee is refundable immediately, even if the 21-day review period has already passed. Group Decision: If you are voted out of the group by a majority vote, your reservation fee will be refunded, even if the 21-day review period has passed.
